Dùng dao cắt đôi trái bơ, sau đó khía nhẹ thành từng đường trên vỏ quả và lột bỏ vỏ. Tách quả bơ làm đôi, bỏ hạt, dùng mũi dao khía caro rồi lấy muỗng xúc lấy phần thịt bơ. Lượng thịt bơ thu được sau khi tách vỏ tầm 350gr.
Cho cơm dừa, bơ, 3 muỗng cà phê đường, 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối và 2 muỗng cà phê sữa đặc và đá bào vào máy sinh tố xay nhuyễn khoảng 2 phút. Vừa xay, vừa dùng muỗng cà phê khuấy nhẹ.
Sau khi được hỗn hợp bơ dừa mịn như vậy thì tắt máy, cho hỗn hợp snh tố ra ly thủy tinh.
