Thịt bò rửa sạch, lau khô, cắt nhỏ rồi xay nhuyễn. Sau đó, bọc màng thực phẩm lại rồi cho vào tủ lạnh khoảng 45 phút.

Sau đó, bọc màng thực phẩm lại, cho vào hộp tạo hình vuông vức các cạnh. Ấn nhẹ và đều cho nem được chắc, để trong ngăn mát tủ lạnh khoảng 24 tiếng đồng hồ là có thể dùng.
Khi đãi khách có thể cắt nhỏ, đặt vào mỗi viên nem 1 lát ớt, ít rau răm rồi gói lại bằng màng bọc thực phẩm hoặc lá chuối cho đẹp.
