Bỗng dưng thèm món mì trứng cho bữa sáng. Thay vì nấu mì gói thông thường thì mình sẽ biến tấu thêm 1 chút cho ngon miệng với món Mì trứng trộn sốt bơ mè đơn giản này.
Đầu tiên đem rửa sạch rồi thái nhỏ hành lá. Tiếp đến đem rửa sạch đậu đũa, đun sôi nồi nước cho đậu đũa vào luộc 5 phút cho đậu đũa chín, vớt đậu đũa ra, thái nhỏ hạt lựu.
Đun sôi 1 nồi nước khác, cho mì và ít muối vào luộc cho mì chín thì vớt ra đĩa, rưới lên 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn, trộn đều để tránh mì bị kết dính.
Cho 4 muỗng canh sốt bơ mè vào chén, thêm vào 2 muỗng canh dầu mè khuấy đều.
Sau cùng cho mì trứng đã luộc ra tô, tùy vào khẩu vị của mỗi người mà bạn sẽ nêm tiếp nước tương và giấm đen vào nhé! Rưới thêm sốt bơ mè, lên trên. Rắc thêm chút đậu đũa và hành lá cho đẹp mắt.
Khi ăn hãy trộn đều mì lên cho quyện đều sốt bơ mè. Mì trứng trộn sốt bơ mè khá đơn giản. Các bạn có thể lựa chọn món mì trộn này nếu muốn chuẩn bị bữa sáng nhanh gọn cho cả nhà.
