Cho trứng vào chén, thêm đậu hũ đã cắt nhỏ vào, cho vào nồi hấp. Dùng vải sạch, bọc lấy phần nắp nồi, tránh tình trạng nước nhỏ vào trứng.
Cuối cùng chỉ cần thêm hành lá cắt nhỏ vào trứng đã hấp là có thể thưởng thức rồi. Nếu thích bạn cũng có thể thêm chút tiêu để tăng hương vị. Trứng mềm mịn, không bị bọt khí, kèm thêm đậu hũ non bùi béo chắc chắc sẽ là món ngon khai vị hoặc bữa sáng mới lạ cho cả gia đình.
